This website is operated by Fran Treacy, a sole practitioner in Ireland. It provides information about my services and a way to make enquiries and request appointments. Contact: fran@frantreacy.ie

A discovery call is an opportunity to discuss what you are looking for and whether my services may be suitable. Sending an enquiry does not by itself establish a therapeutic relationship. The scope of any service, consent arrangements, fees and appointment terms will be agreed with you before it begins.

Please contact me if you have a concern about the website or a service. We can discuss how it may be addressed and any relevant professional complaints route. Nothing here prevents you exercising legal rights or contacting an appropriate authority.

Confidentiality statement

Your privacy matters. I aim to offer a respectful space where you can speak openly, with the boundaries of confidentiality explained before we begin working together.

Confidentiality has limits. Information may need to be shared where a legal duty or court order requires it, or where disclosure is lawfully justified to address a serious safety or safeguarding concern. Wherever appropriate and safe, I will discuss this with you first and limit disclosure to what is necessary.

My work is supported by professional supervision. Identifying details are avoided wherever possible, and any discussion is handled within professional confidentiality arrangements. For work with children, confidentiality and communication with parents or guardians are agreed in a way that reflects the child’s age, understanding, safety and applicable law.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Your appointment time is set aside especially for you. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. There is no charge when this notice is given.

For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, 50% of the session fee will normally be charged.

I understand that life can be unpredictable and emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as you can. Exceptional circumstances will always be considered with care.

If I need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund of any payment made for that session.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
